We offer our hero product 頭炮主打 aka. 新派手工鮑魚酥. Staying true to the Chinese roots, all our newly created baked goods are contemporary nostalgic but not old-fashioned. They are locally made by the new generation of bakers who have inherited the traditional craftsmanship from the masters, and are emerging with their young creative ideas to perfectly deliver the most unique and iconic pastries which were first introduced in Hong Kong.

鮑魚酥，屬傳統手藝唐餅的其中一種，源於廣東。鮑魚酥有此命名是因為外形像鮑魚一般，是昔日平民百姓的恩物小食，過時過節都有賣相像鮑魚及金元寶般的餅食作生活調劑品。
